This project was developed for a private residential site located in a remote coastal area of Phuket, where access to public utilities such as electricity and fresh water was unavailable. The client required a reliable, self-sufficient living solution suitable for long-term use in a tropical island environment. A 520 sq. ft. (≈ 48 m²) light steel modular house, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living area, and a compact kitchen, was selected to ensure fast installation, structural durability, and long-term performance under high humidity and salt exposure conditions.
Challenges
1. No connection to the public power grid; 2. Limited access to clean water resources; 3. High humidity and salt exposure causing corrosion risks.
Our Solution
We delivered a tailored off-grid solution integrating modular housing with independent energy and water systems. The design focused on durability, ease of installation, and long-term performance under harsh coastal conditions.
Key Systems
3 kW Solar Power System.
5 kWh Energy Storage System.
Rainwater Collection & Filtration.
Cathodic Protection System for structural durability.
