Eco Resort Modular Deployment Solution

2025-06-21

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Date: June 2025

Project Overview

This project was developed for an eco-tourism resort in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where environmental regulations and limited infrastructure required a sustainable and rapidly deployable solution. The client aimed to build a scalable resort with strong environmental appeal and fast return on investment.
A cluster of 10 modular cabin units (Model M7, 36 m² each) was deployed, providing comfortable accommodation with a premium guest experience. The modular design enables phased expansion and efficient installation in remote natural environments.

Challenges

Limited infrastructure in eco-tourism development zones;
Strict environmental and sustainability requirements;
Need for rapid deployment and scalable expansion;
Balancing guest comfort with operational efficiency;

Our Solution

We delivered a scalable resort solution combining modular cabins with renewable energy and advanced water treatment systems. The design prioritizes sustainability, fast construction, and long-term operational efficiency.

Key Systems

1. Modular Cabin Units (M7, 36 m² × 10 units).
2. 15 kW Solar Power System + 5 kW Wind Turbine.
3. 30 kWh Energy Storage System.
4. Advanced Water Treatment System (A/O + MBR + Disinfection, 5 tons/day capacity).
