Smarter Living for Modern Agriculture

2024-09-19

Location: Queensland, Australia
Date: September 2024

Project Overview

This project was designed for a large-scale agricultural site in Queensland, Australia, where dispersed operations and rising infrastructure costs created challenges in workforce accommodation and resource management. The client required a centralized, efficient living solution to support daily farm operations.
A 120 m² (≈ 1,292 sq. ft.) modular housing complex was deployed, consisting of 6 units configured to accommodate 10–15 personnel. The layout allows flexible expansion while maintaining efficient land use and operational convenience.

Challenges

High energy costs in remote farm locations;
Scattered accommodation reducing operational efficiency;
Unstable or limited water supply;
Need for fast deployment with minimal site disruption.

Our Solution

We provided a centralized modular living system integrating housing, renewable energy, and water infrastructure. The solution improves operational efficiency while reducing long-term energy and water costs.

Key Systems

1. Modular Housing Units (6-unit layout, total 120 m²)
2. 8 kW Solar Power System
3. 15 kWh Energy Storage System
4. Groundwater Extraction + RO Water Purification System (2 tons/day capacity)
